If you struggle with remembering when to place your recycling cart out for collection, we've got a new tool for you. Get reminders by text or email to your favorite device (or both).

Alerts are sent the night before your collection between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. (you pick the time). The reminders adjust with the City's holiday collection schedule. A special thanks to our Kings Ridge HOA residents for helping with testing.

City Manager Bruce Glasscock to Retire

Plano City Manager Bruce Glasscock notified the City Council of his intent to retire at the end of April, 2019. Glasscock served in the public sector for 50 years, the last 29 with the City of Plano.
