  2. Downtown Sessions: Hale Baskin & Her Jazz Addiction

    April 13, 2019, 7:30 PM - 10:30 PM @ McCall Plaza

Our carefully curated artists provide the perfect ambiance for you to enjoy a delightful evening in Historic Downtown Plano! April's theme is "Jazz Escape". Beverage service will be available on-site provided by The Fillmore Pub. Those just learning about Hale are still in plenty of time to get in on experiencing the rapid-fire growth of this impressively talented and swingin’ young chanteuse. After all, with two CDs as a leader to her credit, plus a basketful of performance awards and even a pair of European tours, Hale Baskin is just getting started! Early in her career, she won the DownBeat Magazine Award for Best Student Vocalist on two separate occasions. That's a strong call out from a pretty authoritative source, to put it mildly! Hale's first CD was recorded in 2005 to happy reviews.
