    Registration for Winter-Spring 2019 classes begins at 8 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 1 for Plano residents and at 5 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 3 for everyone else. Swim, hike, dance, do tai chi and yoga, brush up on computer skills, paint, sew, camp under the stars, kayak or learn to draw. You can also get an early start on spring break and summer camps.

  1. The Plano Half Marathon

    April 27, 2019, 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM @ Amphitheater at Oak Point Park & Nature Preserve

    At over 800 acres, the beautiful Oak Point Nature Preserve will be host to the Plano Half Marathon. The course will showcase some of the best urban park trails in the Dallas/Fort Worth area while winding through woodland oaks, blackland prairie, along side creeks, city streets and more. The entire course will be on paved trails and city streets. After the race kick back and relax. The start/finish will be staged from the Oak Point Amphitheater. Participants will have access to food, beer, music and more. If you are looking for a beautiful course designed for PRs, then this is the race for you. This is an environmentally friendly race and it is our goal to keep the trails litter free to preserve their beauty. Cups won't be supplied during this racing event. Please bring your refillable water bottles and we will refill them at the aid stations.
